“My professional coach is a great source of inspiration and a thought partner to help me push forward. Whether it be finding my key strengths, reflecting on how to act on my interests and goals, or sharing my raw ideas on thesis topics, she is always there to refine my thoughts and carry on. Coaching is helpful for aligning the professional goals with who I am.”

MDA Class of 2021
Coaching Support Sessions
In your first semester, you will benefit from one-on-one virtual coaching that focuses on helping you articulate your career objectives and sense of personal purpose, and align your MDA experience with your professional journey. Then, through virtual group sessions in the second semester, you can further explore your values, strengths, and areas for development. In these sessions you can also begin developing an individual plan for making meaningful progress toward your goals. The group format is valuable because it fosters a supportive community with your graduate classmates, holding you accountable and keeping you inspired.
